Interested in participating in NEPTUNE?Please let us know!

We need to know at least:

  • Who you are and how to contact you. If you are representing a larger group, what it is.
  • What you would like to do in NEPTUNE .

It would be very helpful if you provided as much information as presently possible on:

  • Your objectives and how you would achieve them. What benefits would result from your work?
  • Potential collaborators, Canadian or international. Whether you have been involved in the US process.
  • What observations you would require and what equipment and facilities you would need. What development would be needed, if any. Potential sources of the equipment and development, if known. Your expectations on what NEPTUNE would supply and what you would expect to supply yourself.
  • Where you would expect to get funding for your activities, assuming the NEPTUNE network is funded.

Your ideas will be used to assess the extent to which Canada should participate in NEPTUNE, to determine how Canadian participation should be organized, and to develop a preliminary plan and budget for use in obtaining funding. More formal and complete proposals will be sought when participation and funding have been confirmed.
